HOT OILING
Hot oiling plays a crucial role in optimizing the performance of a well and related equipment. The pressurized circulation of heated oil or similar fluids down a wellbore and through flowlines, tubing and casing eliminates heavy organics such as paraffin and other hydrocarbon deposits that create blockages and restrict production. Similarly, hot oilers are used to heat oil storage tanks to melt ice or eliminate water and other soluble waste that can reduce an operator’s revenue at the refinery. These recurring maintenance services, which are performed over the life of a well, are critical to enhancing production and preventing or solving problems that cost operators time and money. That’s why our customers value the know-how and safety record of our operators as well as the reliability of our state-of-the-art hot oiling units. Today, we operate 70 hot oilers across our national service footprint, some capable of generating 12 million BTUs.
